So, before any of you ask, I know I'd spoken a little about doing this vertically from now on. I *am* gonna start doing and recording a vertical plank as I train for the handstand (hopefully I'll include some vertical pushups :) ) but it's not going to be answering questions. Oh I'll be talking about *something* you can't get me to shaddap if you try to, but I haven't decided what just yet. File it under 'coming soon'!
